Digicel will be discontinuing its 2G network effective 31 March 2026. As a result, all 2G GPS devices will require an upgrade to continue functioning.
 
You may choose from the following upgrade options:
Standard 2G to Standard LTE Device: $450
Standard 2G to DroneGuard GPS Device (includes SimBoost and AeroLock): $800
 
 
Please note that all upgrade requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
 
Due to high demand from prepaid upgrade customers, we are currently operating at full capacity until the end of March, and no additional appointments are available. Installation appointments is available from 2 April 2026.
 
We recommend securing your upgrade early to avoid delays.
