Car Safe Login and Console
Lets get you started. (Loggin in)
Step 1. Click on the Server Login link in the main menu.
Step 2. Enter your username and password.
Once successful you will be taken to the tracking platform.
Should you get invalid credentials, Reset your password.
If after Password reset you are unable to log in call our 24/7 hotline for assistance.
Changing your password.
There are two methods to changing your password. This can be done from the web browser.
Method A.
Step 1. Click on the forgot password link on the server login screen.
Step 2. Enter your email address (that you provided during the GPS installation appointment) and select remind me.
If you get an error verify your email. It may not be the email you submitted to us.
Step 3. Go to your email and select the link to change your password. If you do not see an email, check your spam folder.
Method B.
You can change your password once logged in to the server.
Step 1. On the top left hand corner of the screen, select My Account.
Step 2. Select Change Password
Step 3. Enter your new password in the second and third box presented.
Getting to know your Tracking Console
Once you are successfully logged in to the Tracking console you will observe your objects displayed on the map. If you do not see your objects displayed on the map check that:
1. The object is selected (blue tick is next to the object name)
2. The Display object tab is selected on the left toggle bar.
Sensor Bar
The Sensor bar displays information on the object selected. Date and time of the last transmitted coordinate and corresponding address is displayed in the left column. Note that the address is an approximate and may not always correspond to the actual position.
Checking Battery on Wireless Devices
The wireless devices transmits the battery health to the server with the lon/lat coordinates. In order to check the battery health you can go to the sensor bar by tapping on the vehicle in the map. The bar would then display the battery level indicator showing your battery status when the device last transmitted.
